Ingredients
  

Fruit and Yogurt Parfait
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or flavored
  • 1 cup granola low sugar
  • 2 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
Vegetable Sticks with Hummus
  • 2 cups carrot sticks
  • 2 cups celery sticks
  • 1 cup hummus store-bought or homemade
Peanut Butter Banana Toast
  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • ½ cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 medium bananas sliced
Cheese and Crackers
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese sliced or cubed
  • 1 box whole grain crackers

Method
 

Fruit and Yogurt Parfait
  1. In a glass or bowl, layer Greek yogurt, granola, and mixed berries.
  2. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
Vegetable Sticks with Hummus
  1. Wash and cut vegetables into sticks.
  2. Serve with hummus for dipping.
Peanut Butter Banana Toast
  1. Toast the whole grain bread slices.
  2. Spread peanut butter on each slice and top with banana slices.
Cheese and Crackers
  1. Arrange cheese slices or cubes on a plate.
  2. Serve with whole grain crackers.
