Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 8 oz spaghetti or any pasta of choice
Cream Cheese Mixture
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper to taste
Topping
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for topping
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Pasta
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make the Cream Cheese Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
Combine and Bake
  1. Add the cooked spaghetti to the cream cheese mixture and stir until the pasta is evenly coated. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
