Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 4 ripe bananas sliced and frozen
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice to prevent browning
  • 1 cup coconut milk or any milk of choice
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for flavor
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup for sweetness
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips for mix-ins

Method
 

Prepare the Bananas
  1. Slice the ripe bananas and freeze them for at least 2 hours until solid.
Blend Ingredients
  1. In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, lemon juice, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add Optional Ingredients
  1. If desired, add vanilla extract and honey, then blend again until fully incorporated.
Freeze the Mixture
  1. Transfer the banana mixture to a freezer-safe container and spread it evenly. Freeze for at least 2 hours to firm up.
Serve
  1. Scoop the banana ice cream into bowls and enjoy! Optionally, sprinkle with chocolate chips before serving.
