Ingredients
  

  • 1 package frozen puff pastry sheets (17.3 oz) Contains 2 sheets
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 egg For egg wash
  • 1 tablespoon water For egg wash
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar For dusting

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut into squares (about 4 inches).
  4. Gently press each square into the muffin tin cups, leaving some overhang.
  5. Spread about 1 tablespoon of Nutella in each cup and layer sliced bananas on top.
  6. Whisk together the egg and water, then brush the mixture over the exposed pastry edges.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar and serving warm.
