Ingredients
  

Beef
  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast trimmed of excess fat
BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand
Onion
  • 1 medium onion sliced
Garlic
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
Beef Broth
  • 1 cup beef broth
Spices
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Season the beef chuck roast with smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt, then place it on top of the onions and garlic.
  3. Pour the BBQ sauce and beef broth over the beef.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
Serving
  1. Remove the beef from the crockpot and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded beef to the crockpot and stir to combine with the sauce.
  2. Serve on buns or with your favorite sides.
