  • 8 pieces slider buns
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup dill pickles
Special Sauce Ingredients
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoon dill pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, and vinegar for the special sauce; set aside.
  3. Divide ground beef into 8 portions and form into patties.
  4. Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes per side until browned. Add cheese on top before removing from heat.
  5. Assemble sliders by spreading sauce on bun bottoms, adding a patty, lettuce, and pickles; top with bun halves.
  6. Serve immediately on a platter with extra sauce on the side.
