Ingredients
  

Sandwich Base
  • 4 slices ciabatta bread or any crusty bread
  • 1 ball burrata cheese fresh
  • 1 cup arugula or mixed greens
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Method
 

Assemble the Sandwich
  1. Toast the ciabatta bread slices until golden brown.
  2. Spread the burrata cheese generously on one slice of toasted bread.
  3. Layer the arugula and tomato slices on top of the burrata.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Top with the second slice of toasted bread and press gently.
  6. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
