Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 cups corn kernels fresh or canned
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes fresh or canned
  • ½ cup red onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup bell pepper diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
Seasoning
  • 1 lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the corn, diced tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, and cilantro.
Season the Salsa
  1. Add lime juice, salt, black pepper, and cumin to the bowl. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
Serve
  1. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping.
