Ingredients
  

Pasta and Sauce
  • 12 oz ziti pasta uncooked
  • 24 oz marinara sauce or any pasta sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. In the crockpot, layer half of the uncooked ziti pasta, followed by half of the marinara sauce, half of the ricotta mixture, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Top with grated parmesan cheese.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the pasta is tender and the cheese is melted.
  2. Once cooked, let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
