Salad Ingredients
  • 2 medium cucumbers sliced
  • 1 medium red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
Dressing Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar optional
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. Slice the cucumbers and red onion thinly. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
Combine Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and fresh dill.
  2. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Serve
  1. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
