  • 2 fillets salmon (6 oz each) skin-side down
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill or parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them skin-side down in the dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with lemon juice and minced garlic. Drizzle over the salmon.
  5. Top with fresh herbs.
  6. Roast for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily at an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Serve with any remaining buttery sauce.
