Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice about 2-3 oranges
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice about 2 limes
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 small jalapeño pepper finely chopped

Method

  3. Combine: Drain excess lime juice from shrimp. Add chopped ingredients and diced orange segments. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Chill: Cover ceviche and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
