- Warm the milk in a saucepan until lukewarm. Combine it with yeast and granulated sugar in a bowl. Let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Create a well in the center, add the yeast mixture along with melted butter, and mix until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for about an hour or until doubled.
- Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter over the surface, sprinkle with brown sugar mixed with cinnamon, and layer sliced strawberries.
- Roll tightly from one edge, slice into rolls about 2 inches wide, place on greased baking sheets, and let rise again while preheating oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling slightly before drizzling with cream cheese frosting.
