  • 1 large egg for egg wash
  • 2 tablespoon water for egg wash

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until about ⅛ inch thick.
  3. Cut the pastry into strips, approximately 1 inch wide.
  4. Wrap each strip around a mini sausage, leaving space at both ends.
  5. Whisk together the egg and water; brush over each wrapped sausage.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffy. Serve with mustard or ketchup.
