Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets salmon 6 oz each
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley or dill chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in lemon juice and half of the chopped parsley.
  4. Drizzle half of the garlic butter mixture over the salmon fillets. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until cooked through but still moist.
  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle remaining garlic butter over each fillet. Garnish with additional parsley before serving.
