Ingredients
  

Egg Mixture
  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk can use any milk type
  • ½ cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers any color
  • ¼ cup diced onions optional
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Optional Add-ins
  • ¼ cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • ¼ cup spinach chopped
  • ¼ cup mushrooms sautéed and chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Muffin Tin
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
Mix the Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Stir in the cheese, bell peppers, onions, and any optional add-ins.
Fill the Muffin Tin
  1. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden on top.
Cool and Serve
  1. Allow the egg bites to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the muffin tin. Serve warm or store in the refrigerator.
