Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini sliced
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the protein, vegetables, olive oil, and seasonings. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
Assembly
  1. Divide the mixture evenly among the foil pieces, placing it in the center of each piece.
  2. Fold the sides of the foil over the mixture and seal tightly to create packets.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the protein is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  2. Carefully open the packets (steam will escape) and serve immediately.
