- Gather all ingredients and set up your breading station with three bowls: one for flour mixed with salt and pepper, one for beaten eggs, and one for panko breadcrumbs mixed with dried herbs.
- Scoop out goat cheese and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined plate.
- Roll each ball in flour, dip in egg, then coat in panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Fry the cheese balls in batches for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
