Ingredients
  

Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry
  • 1 lb chicken breast diced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables frozen or fresh
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
Beef and Bean Chili
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
Vegetarian Pasta Bake
  • 8 oz pasta any shape
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup spinach fresh or frozen
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in mixed vegetables and soy sauce, cooking until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Let cool, then transfer to a freezer bag and freeze.
Beef and Bean Chili
  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in kidney beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, and cumin. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Let cool, then transfer to a freezer bag and freeze.
Vegetarian Pasta Bake
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a baking dish, combine cooked pasta, marinara sauce, spinach, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  4. Let cool, then transfer to a freezer bag and freeze.
