Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Wash baby potatoes and cut them in half.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the halved potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown on one side.
  3. Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet; add the steak pieces to the other side. Sear until browned on all sides (5-7 minutes), seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Add minced garlic into the skillet and stir to combine; cook for another minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir in remaining butter and chopped parsley; mix well before serving warm.
