  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce low-sodium optional
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes for even cooking.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter until sizzling.
  3. Season the steak cubes generously with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Sear for about 4 minutes, turning occasionally until browned.
  4. Add the minced garlic and soy sauce to the skillet along with another tablespoon of butter. Cook for an additional minute until well combined.
  5. Transfer the steak bites to a serving plate and drizzle with the remaining garlic-butter sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
