- In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let sit until frothy (about 5 minutes). Add melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and salt. Gradually mix in flour until sticky dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough into a rectangle (½ inch thick). Spread melted butter over the surface, sprinkle cinnamon-brown sugar mixture evenly, then roll tightly.
- Cut into twelve pieces using dental floss or a sharp knife. Place cut-side up in a greased baking dish and let rise again for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before frosting with cream cheese icing.
