Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
Marinade
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish
  • 2 green onions sliced for garnish

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken pieces and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through and caramelized.
Serve
  1. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
