Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz fresh spinach can also use frozen spinach
  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Sauté fresh spinach over medium heat until wilted (about 3 minutes) or thaw frozen spinach and squeeze out excess water.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, chopped artichokes, and half of the shredded cheeses until smooth.
  4. Fold in the sautéed or thawed spinach until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture into the greased baking dish and top with remaining shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Serve hot with tortilla chips or crusty bread.
