Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup limoncello
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon limoncello
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add ½ cup granulated sugar, limoncello, eggs, lemon zest, and vanilla extract; mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, top with sour cream and whipped cream. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon limoncello and additional lemon zest if desired.
