Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 medium Tomatoes ripe and diced
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium Jalapeño seeded and chopped
  • ¼ cup Cilantro fresh and chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and minced garlic.
  2. Add lime juice, salt, and black pepper to the blender.
  3. Blend until the desired consistency is reached, either smooth or chunky.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Transfer the salsa to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
