Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 cups rice cereal
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the rice cereal until evenly coated.
  4. Dampen your hands slightly, then shape the mixture into trees about three inches tall.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts until smooth.
  6. Dip each tree into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing on parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle with sea salt and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour until firm.
