Kale
  • 1 bunch Kale Stems removed and leaves chopped
Garlic
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
Lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Extra virgin
Salt and Pepper

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped kale to the skillet and toss to coat with the oil and garlic.
  4. Sauté the kale for about 5-7 minutes until wilted and tender.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm as a side dish.
