Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 lb Large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Snow crab legs
  • 1 lb Mussels cleaned
Vegetables
  • 2 ears Corn cut into halves
  • 1 lb Baby potatoes halved
  • 1 medium Onion quartered
  • 4 cloves Garlic smashed
Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 lemon Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

Prepare the seafood and vegetables
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the salt, Old Bay seasoning, and cayenne pepper to the boiling water.
  3. Add the baby potatoes and corn to the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the onion and garlic, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Finally, add the shrimp, crab legs, and mussels, and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
Serve the seafood boil
  1. Carefully drain the seafood and vegetables using a strainer.
  2. Transfer the seafood and vegetables to a serving platter.
  3. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
