  • 2 cups purple broccoli florets
Sauce Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and brush them with half of the sauce mixture.
  4. Arrange the purple broccoli florets around the salmon. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and broccoli is tender-crisp.
  6. Drizzle the remaining sauce over both salmon and broccoli, then sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.

Notes
