Ingredients
  

French Fries
  • 4 medium potatoes peeled and cut into fries
  • 4 cups vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
Coleslaw
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Grilled Corn
  • 4 ears corn on the cob husked
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste

Method
 

Prepare French Fries
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the cut potatoes and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove fries and drain on paper towels. Season with salt.
Make Coleslaw
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine. Chill before serving.
Grill Corn
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the corn with melted butter and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
