Ingredients
  

For the Tuna
  • 1 lb sushi-grade tuna cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha optional for spice
For the Bowl
  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice or brown rice
  • 1 cup edamame shelled
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup carrot shredded
  • 2 tablespoon green onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Tuna
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and sriracha. Stir well.
  2. Add the cubed tuna to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
Assemble the Bowl
  1. Divide the cooked sushi rice among four bowls.
  2. Top each bowl with marinated tuna, edamame, cucumber, carrot, avocado, and green onions.
  3. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
